A little about myself: Hello, I’m Rogers, but please call me Rog. I live in Tokyo and love it there! I’m a huge fan of warm (or hot!) weather, and I enjoy being outdoors.

A. The University of Alabama Crimson Tide (Roll Tide!).

A. Not yet!
Q. Has working with kids affected your opinion about having your own children?
A. I’ve always wanted kids, and teaching makes me want them even more.

A. Honesty, loyalty, faith.

A. Rural and wide, with good music and good people.

A. The answer to that question changes quite often, but I’ll go with kushi-yaki.

A. Pulled pork BBQ.

A. I’m a pretty easy-going person, and I think that makes life less stressful.

A. I love being outdoors in nice weather. If I have free time, you probably won’t find me at home!

Q. Why did you come to Japan?
A. I decided I wanted to live in Japan when I was a Jr. High student. The history, culture, language, etc. have always been fascinating to me. I’m extremely blessed and happy to be here.
